This training notably enables enhanced self-awareness both individually and collectively, understanding the team's functioning mode, identifying sources of conflicts and misunderstandings, discovering a common language to find positive resolutions to relational difficulties, and enhancing collaborative effectiveness. It equips a team for healthy and effective communication internally and with external counterparts. Additionally, it aids in building a team where the best of each individual has been identified!
The Process Com® by Upfeel training is unique because it's experiential. It allows your team to immerse in stressful scenarios to decode behaviors and enhance your collective dynamics
Before the training day, teams have 2 options:
Option 1: Each team member undergoes individual PCM® inventories to obtain their profile, followed by a one-hour individual feedback session via video call with the Certified Process Communication Model® Coach.
Option 2:Self-assessment and presentation of the PCM model + becoming familiar and gaining proficiency through a 3-hour workshop (can be conducted via video call or in person)
No prerequisites are required for this training.
