The Process Communication Model® (or Process Communication®) training program helps to improve relations between employees within a company by making communication more fluid. Developed in the 70s, the Process Com® method has proved its worth in many organizations. Process Com® training schedule

Process Com Model® training is led by a certified coach. Process Com Model training lasts ½ day or 1 day, depending on the number of participants and your needs. Here's how it works:

  • Prior to each session, the team manager has a scoping meeting with the coach to validate his or her objectives for the session and the team's context
  • All team members complete individual personality inventories;
  • A face-to-face session with your coach to help you understand the theory behind the Process Communication® model, the different types of profiles and the keys to better communication within your team, based on the specific characteristics of each member

Once the preparation is complete, the certified Process Com Model® coach leads the day or half-day, alternating theory and practical workshops. Whether you're looking for a 2h30 flash training session or a multi-day workshop, offer your teams a unique experience.

What are the Process Com® personality types?

Through the questionnaire taken before the Process Com Model® training, six possible personality types emerge:

  • Empathetic: sensitive, concerned about others, with a strong need to feel recognized ;

  • Analytical: logical, with fact-based communication and a need for recognition through work;

  • Perseverant: this profile is attached to principles and values, and bases its communication on opinions;

  • Dreamer: dreamers possess a rich inner world with the ability to calmly reflect on ideas. This profile sometimes needs solitude.

  • Promoter: dynamic and appreciative of challenges, promoters are constantly on the lookout for new challenges;

  • Rebel: this typical profile is based on spontaneity, creativity and a need for direct communication.

Participants will therefore have a typical profile on which to base an understanding of reactions, motivations and the basics of communication. The creative workshops will help you to better identify typical profiles and personalities, so that you can better adapt your way of communicating.
