What are the prerequisites to participate in DSC training?

No prerequisites are required to take part in Disc Training. This method is open to everyone. Whether manager, colleague or employee, anyone can take part.

How do I prepare for Upfeel's Disc training course?

To ensure effective Disc training, Upfeel offers the team's manager an introductory meeting by videoconference, to clearly define the team's objectives and expectations. Upfeel then sends the team the Disc and Forces motrices forms in digital format. This allows us to create individual and team profiles. Then it's time for the team session, where workshops enable participants to integrate the theory around the Disc method and discover their team profile. Following the team session, a feedback video is offered to the manager to both review the session with the coach and communicate recommendations for the future.

What are the profiles identified with the Disc method?

To understand each person's behavior and learn how to communicate together, the Disc method reveals four colors and typical profiles:

  • Dominance (red): people with this profile are often perceived as direct, assertive and results-oriented. They like to take on challenges and make decisions quickly.
  • Influence (yellow): this profile is characterized by a strong ability to persuade and motivate others. They are sociable, enthusiastic and enjoy teamwork.
  • Stability (green): people with this profile are generally perceived as loyal, patient and balanced. They favor harmony in relationships and are often considered good listeners.
  • Compliance (blue): this profile is associated with analytical, precise and methodical individuals. They like to follow rules and procedures, and are often very attentive to detail.
